• Source code and deliverables are provided upon project completion and full payment

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback
• Supplying necessary content, assets, and access credentials
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive project information
• Testing and accepting deliverables within agreed timeframes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenPixels Tech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for services
• Issues arising from third-party services or integrations
• Delays caused by client-side factors or force majeure events

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it solely for project purposes. This obligation continues beyond project completion.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for completed work and expenses incurred
• Deliverables completed to date will be provided
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential materials

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
